Making Appointments
Madison’s has grown on successfully since being established. Sarah is always busy looking after your dogs and their safety is always and always will be her priority. If you telephone and Sarah is unable to answer this will be due to her needing to be hands-on with the dog on the grooming table or in the bath etc.
Please leave a brief message stating your name, telephone number and your dog’s breed and if possible what your requirements are ( ie hand strip, bath/brush out, full groom etc.). Please include most suitable days/times.
Mostly, customers pre-book their dog’s next appointment at the time they collect them from their groom on the day. Many customers text Sarah to arrange appointments and others message her through the business Facebook page or by email. Any method is fine and Sarah will respond as soon as possible.
